“Boss is always right”. First of all would like to change this maxim.
If I had been the boss, would make things to be in right way. Will follow certain points:
· Punctuality
· Proper authority and delegation
· Sense of responsibility
· Eagerness to learn
· Right person for right kind of job
· Maximum utilization of resources
· Would like to develop team rather than doing things myself
· Ask for help and advice whenever needed.
· Proper reward and recognition in terms of kind and monetary values.
Good bosses make careers and bad bosses make people's careers miserable.
Like to add a humor to Boss and me situation

He is thorough”
“When I don't do it
I am lazy”
“When my boss doesn't do it
He is too busy”
“When I do something without being told
I am trying to be smart”

That is initiative”

He's co-operating”
“When I do well, my boss never remembers
When I do wrong, he never forgets”
I would realy make sure that the staff is well looked after and that would result to positive productivity.

ReplyDeleteOne thing that I see has been picked up by Kwanele, you need to read your posts before you post them. You are even given an option to preview your post. USE IT! These are silly mistakes, things that can be fixed friend.
